研究目的：

1.明确cTBS抑制M1对早期运动记忆巩固的行为学影响； 2.揭示cTBS干预后M1区神经振荡活动的变化特征； 3.建立cTBS引起的行为改变与TMS-EEG生理指标之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the behavioral effects of cTBS inhibiting M1 on early motor memory consolidation; 2. Reveal the characteristics of neural oscillatory activity changes in the M1 region after cTBS intervention; 3. Establish the relationship between behavioral changes caused by cTBS and TMS-EEG physiological indicators.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-30岁之间，男女不限； 2.在爱丁堡利手量表中被评估为右利手； 3.对运动序列学习任务一无所知； 4.明确本研究目的及流程，同意配合评估、治疗和随访并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18-30 years, regardless of gender; 2. Assessed as right-handed on the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory; 3. Have no knowledge of motor sequence learning tasks; 4. Clearly understand the purpose and procedures of this study, agree to cooperate with evaluation, treatment, and follow-up, and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 神经系统疾病史； 2. 精神疾病史； 3. 酒精及药物滥用史； 4. 癫痫发作史； 5. 头部、颈部或胸部的金属植入物； 6. 接受TMS评估和治疗的其他禁忌症； 7. 接受过专业打字员或专业音乐家的培训； 8. 有影响任务执行的相关疾病（如类风湿性关节炎等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of neurological disorders; 2. History of psychiatric disorders; 3. History of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. History of epileptic seizures; 5. Metal implants in the head, neck, or chest; 6. Other contraindications for TMS assessment and treatment; 7. Training as a professional typist or professional musician; 8. Diseases affecting task performance (such as rheumatoid arthritis).

Healthy subjects were randomly assigned to the M1-cTBS protocol. The coil was placed over the left M1 area, tangential to the scalp, with the handle pointing backward, at a 45-degree angle to the midline. The cTBS protocol was as follows: three stimulation pulses were delivered at a frequency of 50 Hz, repeated every 200 milliseconds, lasting 40 seconds, for a total of 600 pulses; stimulation intensity: 80% of the resting motor threshold.
