研究目的：

明确海淀区血清学恒河猴血型系统D抗原（Rhesus D antigen，RHD）阴性育龄妇女人群中亚洲放散型（Asian-type DEL，亚洲型DEL或DEL）的基因频率与分布特征，为制定区域性精准输血管理策略提供基础数据。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the gene frequency and distribution characteristics of Asian-type DEL (Asian-type DEL or DEL) among RhD-negative women of childbearing age in Haidian District, thereby providing basic data for the development of regional precision transfusion management strategies.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1.在海淀区妇幼保健院进行孕前或产前检查的女性，血清学检测结果为RhD阴性；年龄18-45岁，育龄期女性，知情同意并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Women who underwent preconception or prenatal examinations at Haidian Maternal and Child Health Hospital, had serological test results indicating RhD-negative, were of childbearing age between 18 and 45 years old, and provided informed consent and signed written informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与本研究者；
2.有严重自身免疫性疾病患者；
3.临床资料或样本信息不完整者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.individuals who refused to participate in this study;
2.patients with severe autoimmune diseases;
3.those with incomplete clinical data or sample information;
