研究目的：

本研究旨在系统评价电针足三里（ST36）对胰十二指肠切除术后胃肠功能障碍的疗效及作用机制。通过严格的随机、多中心、患者与评估者双盲、对照设计，探讨电针干预对术后胃肠功能恢复、胃电活动、胃肠激素及炎症因子调控的影响，从而为围术期胃肠功能障碍的非药物干预提供高质量循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to systematically evaluate the efficacy and mechanism of electroacupuncture at ST36 in gastrointestinal dysfunction after pancreatoduodenectomy. Through a rigorous randomized, multicenter, patient- and assessor-blinded, controlled design, it explores the effects of electroacupuncture intervention on postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, gastric electrical activity, gastrointestinal hormones, and the regulation of inflammatory factors, thereby providing high-quality evidence-based support for non-pharmacological interventions for perioperative gastrointestinal dysfunction.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18–75岁，男女不限； 2. 拟行择期胰十二指肠切除术（标准胰十二指肠切除术式）； 3. ASA麻醉分级I–III级； 4. 术前1月内未接受针灸、电刺激等干预； 5. 理解研究流程并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Ages 18–75, regardless of gender; 2. Planned elective pancreaticoduodenectomy (standard pancreaticoduodenectomy procedure); 3. ASA anesthesia classification I–III; 4. No acupuncture, electrical stimulation, or other interventions received within one month before pancreaticoduodenectomy; 5. Understand the research process and sign a written informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 急诊或再次手术病例； 2. 术中重大并发症（如大出血、术中转开腹、术后需ICU>24h）； 3. 严重心脑血管、肝肾功能不全或神经精神疾病； 4. 装有心脏起搏器或植入式电刺激器者； 5. 对针刺、电刺激过敏或曾出现晕针者； 6. 妊娠、哺乳期女性； 7. 近期使用影响胃肠动力的药物（如强效阿片、促动力药）； 8. 研究者判断不适合入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Emergency or repeat surgery cases; 2. Major intraoperative complications (such as massive hemorrhage, intraoperative conversion to open surgery, postoperative ICU stay >24 hours); 3. Persons with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, or neurological and psychiatric disorders; 4. Persons with a pacemaker or implantable stimulator; 5. Those allergic to acupuncture or electrical stimulation, or who have previously experienced fainting from needles; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Recent use of drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility (such as potent opioids, prokinetic drugs); 8. Participants deemed unsuitable by the researcher.
