研究目的：

探究正常鼻咽以及各分型鼻咽癌组织的多光子成像特点，比较多光子显微技术对不同类型鼻咽癌鉴别能力；监测鼻咽癌发生、发展、浸润过程与肿瘤微环境中淋巴细胞浸润特点、胶原纤维形态分布特征，建立无标记可视化鼻咽癌预测新模型，为鼻咽癌患者预后评估提供新技术新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the multiphoton imaging characteristics of normal nasopharyngeal tissue and various subtypes of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues, and to compare the discriminatory ability of multiphoton microscopy for different NPC subtypes; to monitor the occurrence, development, and invasion of NPC along with the characteristics of lymphocyte infiltration and the morphological distribution of collagen fibers in the tumor microenvironment, and to establish a new label-free visualization-based predictive model for NPC, providing novel techniques and methods for prognosis evaluation in NPC patients.

纳入标准：

1.既往于我院行鼻咽组织活检或手术切除，诊断为鼻咽癌及部分 鼻咽炎患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who previously underwent nasopharyngeal biopsy or surgical resection at our hospital and were diagnosed with nasopharyngeal carcinoma, as well as some patients with nasopharyngitis.

排除标准：

1.活检组织标本散碎细小者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases where the biopsy tissue specimens are scattered, fragmented, and small;

采集：按标准参数获取鼻咽组织多光子图像 → 记录元数据。传输：从显微镜电脑拷贝至课题组 。整理：按命名规则归档。预处理：存入 Data。标注：病理医生用 标注兴趣区域。共享与备份：建立项目和数据集，赋予团队成员查看。分析：加载预处理图像及标注，运行纹理分析或深度学习模型，结果保存并与元数据关联。

Acquisition: Acquire multiphoton images of nasopharyngeal tissue according to standard parameters → Record metadata. Transfer: Copy from the microscope computer to the research group's storage. Organization: Archive according to the naming convention. Preprocessing: Store in the Data folder. Annotation: Pathologists annotate regions of interest. Sharing and Backup: Create projects and datasets, grant viewing access to team members. Analysis: Load preprocessed images and annotations, run texture analysis or deep learning models, save the results, and associate them with the metadata.
