研究目的：

主要目的：分析影响自发性脑出血（SICH）患者预后的临床因素。 次要目的：探讨各因素可能影响预后的途径，为临床预后评估和个体化治疗提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: to analyze the clinical factors affecting the prognosis of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (Sich).Secondary objective: To explore the ways that various factors may affect the prognosis, and provide reference for clinical prognosis evaluation and individualized treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.经头颅CT或MRI证实的自发性脑出血患者； 3.发病后72小时内入院； 4.临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 3. Admission within 72 hours after onset; 4. The clinical data are complete.

排除标准：

1.继发于外伤、颅内动脉瘤、动静脉畸形、颅内肿瘤或溶栓治疗后的脑出血； 2.急性脑梗死后出血转化； 3.既往有脑出血病史； 4.临床资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cerebral hemorrhage secondary to trauma, intracranial aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, intracranial tumor or thrombolytic therapy; 2. Hemorrhagic transformation after acute cerebral infarction; 3. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage; 4. Incomplete clinical data;
