探讨不同强度聚焦超声对健康成年人运动皮层兴奋和抑制作用  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of focused ultrasound of different intensities on the excitation and inhibition of the motor cortex in healthy subjects

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18 岁<=年龄<=40 岁； 2.健康成年人； 3.最近 30 天内未接触过其他神经调控治疗； 4.研究期间未服用药物； 5.右利手； 6.志愿者已签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 40 years old; 2. Healthy adults; 3. Have not undergone other neuromodulation treatments in the past 30 days; 4. Did not take any medication during the study period; 5. Right-handed; 6. Volunteers have signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.不配合治疗者；
2.其他研究者判断不适合参加本研究者；
3.孕妇；
4.颅脑MRI禁忌；

Exclusion criteria：

1.those who did not cooperate with the treatment;
2.those who were judged by other investigators to be unsuitable to participate in this study;
3.pregnant women;
4.cranial MRI was contraindicated;
