研究目的：

1.通过横断面研究了解老年人群睡眠障碍的发生率以及“主动健康意识”与“睡眠健康”及其主要健康指标的关联性； 2.建立社区老年人睡眠障碍筛查及睡眠健康管理队列，评价“主动睡眠健康管理模式”对老年人睡眠及其相关健康因素改善的影响； 3.通过研究形成社区老年人主动睡眠健康管理应用平台，并在平台上构建社区老年人数字化睡眠障碍评估管理档案； 4.建立老年人睡眠健康生物样本库为后续进一步开展衰老相关研究提供基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the prevalence of sleep disorders in the elderly population and the association between "active health awareness" and "sleep health" as well as its primary health indicators through cross-sectional studies; 2.To establish a community-based cohort for sleep disorder screening and sleep health management in the elderly, and to evaluate the impact of the "active sleep health management model" on improving sleep and related health factors in the elderly; 3.To develop an application platform for active sleep health management in the elderly through research, and to construct a digital sleep disorder assessment and management archive for the elderly on the platform; 4.To establish a biological sample bank for sleep health in the elderly to provide a foundation for further aging-related research.

纳入标准：

1.参与者年龄>＝60岁，符合中国对“老年人”的定义，也符合《中国健康老年人标准》的适用人群，性别不限。 2.有使用智能设备（包括但不仅限于智能手机、可穿戴设备等）的能力。 3.签署知情同意书（参与横断面研究和队列研究的参与者分别签署知情同意书）。 4.参与者在研究区域内有稳定的居住地址，且计划在未来1年内不搬离，以方便研究团队进行定期随访和数据收集。 5.参与者愿意将日常的睡眠及睡眠相关健康数据主动传递至健康管理应用平台。

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants aged >=60 years, meeting the definition of "elderly" in China and the applicable population of the "China Healthy Elderly Standards", with no gender restriction. 2.Ability to use smart devices (including but not limited to smartphones, wearables, etc.). 3.Sign the informed consent form (participants in cross-sectional studies and cohort studies shall sign the informed consent form respectively). 4.Participants must have a stable residential address within the study area and plan not to relocate within the next 1 year to facilitate regular follow-up and data collection by the research team. 5.Participants are willing to voluntarily share their daily sleep and sleep-related health data with the health management application platform.

排除标准：

1.参与者有严重的疾病（如终末期肾病、重度心脏病、肝功能衰竭、恶性肿瘤等），或近3-6个月内发生过急性心肌梗死、脑卒中等严重心脑血管事件。 2.参与者有严重的精神健康问题或严重的认知障碍，可能无法理解研究内容或遵守研究要求。 3.参与者存在语言或文化障碍，导致无法有效理解和参与研究过程。 4.参与者存在严重视力问题无法使用智能设备或参与研究过程。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Participants with severe diseases (e.g., end-stage renal disease, severe heart disease, liver failure, malignant tumors, etc.), or those who have experienced serious cardiovascular events such as acute myocardial infarction (AMI) or stroke within the past 3-6 months. 2.Participants with severe mental health conditions or significant cognitive impairments may be unable to comprehend the study content or comply with the study requirements. 3.Participants have language or cultural barriers that prevent effective understanding and participation in the research process. 4.Participants with severe visual impairment were ineligible for using smart devices or participating in the study process.
