研究目的：

1. 探究盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂对于急性心肌梗死患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后心肌酶的影响 2. 探讨AMI患者PCI术前应用右美托咪定鼻喷的安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Effect of Dexmedetomidine Hydrochloride Nasal Spray on Postoperative Myocardial Enzymes in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction Undergoing Percutaneous Coronary Intervention and Investigating the Safety of Preoperative Dexmedetomidine Nasal Spray in AMI Patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄大于18 岁；
2.符合AMI诊断标准；
3.具备手术指征，无手术相关禁忌证，拟行手术患者；
4.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient is over 18 years of age;
2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for acute myocardial infarction (AMI);
3.Has surgical indications, no surgical contraindications, and is scheduled for surgery;
4.Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 严重肝肾功能不全(Child-Pugh C级或eGFR<30 mL/min/1.73 m^2)； 2. 严重低血压、窦性心动过缓及下壁/右室心梗者； 3. 已知对右美托咪定过敏； 4. 严重心脏传导阻滞或严重心力衰竭(NYHA IV级)； 5. 3个月内有出血性脑血管意外史； 6. 有恶性肿瘤或重度感染者； 7. 鼻腔解剖异常影响药物喷鼻； 8. 精神疾病或认知功能障碍无法配合研究。 9. 曾行血管重建术或者冠状动脉旁路移植术者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh Class C or eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m2); 2.known hypersensitivity to dexmedetomidine; 3.severe hypotension, sinus bradycardia, and inferior/wall right ventricular myocardial infarction; 4.severe cardiac conduction block or severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV); 5.history of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular accident within 3 months; 6.presence of malignant tumor or severe infection; 7.anatomical abnormalities of the nasal cavity that affect intranasal drug administration; 8.mental illness or cognitive impairment that prevents cooperation with the study. 9.those who have previously undergone vascular reconstruction surgery or coronary artery bypass grafting
