了解老年患者对预立医疗照护计划的准备度现状,并分析影响患者对预立医疗照护计划接受度的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current readiness status of elderly patients for advance care plans and analyze the factors influencing patients' acceptance of advance care plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄>=60 周岁者; （2）病情稳定者； （3）认知正常，可无障碍沟通交流，具有基本的阅读理解技能; （4）知情同意参加本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those aged 60 or above; (2) Those with stable conditions; (3) Normal cognition, able to communicate without obstacles, and possess basic reading comprehension skills; (4) Informed consent to participate in this researcher.

排除标准：

（1）合并严重器官疾病、病情连续波动者； （2）正在参与其他研究的患者； （3）患有精神异常、认知障碍等疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with severe organ diseases or continuous fluctuations in their condition; (2) Patients who are participating in other studies; (3) Those suffering from mental disorders, cognitive impairments and other diseases.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

经培训的研究者在深圳市第二人民医院以问卷调查的方式对研究对象进行数据收集，采用 Excel 软件录入数据，采用 SPSS 25.0 统计软件进行统计分析，所有检验均以 P＜0.05 表示差异有统计学意义。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The trained researchers collected data from the research subjects through questionnaire surveys at the Second People's Hospital of Shenzhen. The data were entered using Excel software and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0 statistical software. All tests indicated statistically significant differences with P < 0.05.
