研究目的：

本研究通过连续性登记并收集心脏手术患者临床资料，建立心脏手术患者数据库，来观察心脏手术围手术期患者的肌钙蛋白的变化，以及患者的预后情况，有利于临床医生更好的作出临床决策，提高治疗效果，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, clinical data of patients undergoing cardiac surgery were continuously registered and collected, and a database of patients undergoing cardiac surgery was established to observe the changes of troponin in patients during perioperative period of cardiac surgery and the prognosis of patients, which is conducive for clinicians to make better clinical decisions, improve the therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis of patients.

纳入标准：

参照中国心脏外科注册登记研究要求并结合本中心心脏手术患者特点，进行回顾性患者资料登记。

Inclusion criteria

According to the requirements of the Chinese cardiac surgery registration research and the characteristics of the patients in the center, the patient data are retrospectively registered.

排除标准：

临床资料缺失的患者；
拒绝参加此项研究的患者；
符合此研究手术类型的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients without clinical data;
2. Patients who refused to participate in the study;
3. Patients who met the type of surgery in this study.
