本研究拟探索体外循环期间动脉二氧化碳分压水平与术后谵妄发病率之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the association between arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide during cardiopulmonary bypass and the incidence of postoperative delirium.

纳入标准：

1.本研究数据来源于前期一项已完成的随机对照研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.The data of this study originated from a previously completed randomized controlled trial.

排除标准：

1.无法获取体外循环期间血气分析结果； 2.缺失术后谵妄评估结果； 3.术后 7 天内死亡患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.The blood gas analysis results during the extracorporeal circulation could not be obtained; 2.The postoperative delirium assessment result is missing; 3.Patients who died within 7 days after operation.
