研究目的：

非胰岛素瘤性胰源性低血糖综合征（NIPHS）是成人内源性高胰岛素性低血糖的一种罕见病因，常在排除胰岛素瘤及其他病因后诊断。其在长期接受肠内营养的老年患者中的发生情况目前无文献报道。在这里，我们报道了1例发生于超高龄患者的非糖尿病低血糖病例，旨在强调了对表现不典型低血糖患者进行全面鉴别诊断的重要性。  

Objectives of Study：

Non-Insulinoma Pancreatogenous Hypoglycemia Syndrome (NIPHS) is a rare cause of endogenous hyperinsulinemic hypoglycemia in adults, often diagnosed after excluding insulinoma and other etiologies. Its occurrence in elderly patients receiving long-term enteral nutrition has not been reported in the literature. Here, we report a case of non-diabetic hypoglycemia in a very elderly patient, aiming to emphasize the importance of a comprehensive differential diagnosis in patients presenting with atypical hypoglycemic manifestations.
