研究目的：

通过SHEL模式的应用，对消毒供应中心软式内镜再处理质量把控效果进行研究分析，实行精细化管理策略，提升消毒供应中心软式内镜再处理质量，切实降低医院感染风险 。评估基于SHEL模式的综合干预措施对CSSD软式内镜处理过程中以下指标的影响：不良事件发生率（如器械损坏、清洗不合格、灭菌失败等）、操作人员规范执行率、内镜返洗率等。  

Objectives of Study：

By applying the SHEL model, this study analyzes the effectiveness of quality control in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes in the Central Sterile Supply artment (CSSD), implements refined management strategies, improves the quality of flexible endoscope reprocessing, and effectively reduces the risk of hospital infection. It evaluates the impact of comprehensive intervention measubased on the SHEL model on the following indicators during the processing of flexible endoscopes in the CSSD: incidence of adverse events (such as instrument damage, substandard cleaning, stion failure, etc.), compliance rate of operators, and re-cleaning rate of endoscopes.

纳入标准：

1.消毒供应中心涉及软式内镜再处理的医务人员共20名，年龄在31-57岁，软式内镜消毒相关工作年限为3年及以上；

Inclusion criteria

1.A total of 20 medical personnel involved in the reprocessing of flexible endoscopes in the Central Sterile Supply Department were included, aged years, with work experience in flexible endoscope disinfection of 3 years or more.

排除标准：

1.软式内镜消毒相关工作年限不满3年的医务人员；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Medical personnel with less than 3 years of experience in flexible endoscope disinfection.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

通过本院消毒供应信息质量追溯系统采集，以及CEF表由研究者填写记录关键指标及次要指标，实行双人记录，原始数据保存与科室加锁文件柜中，保存年限在研究结束后不少于10年。

Data are collected via the hospital's disinfection supply information quality traceability system, and the CEF forms are completed by investigators to record key and secondary indi with double data entry performed. Original data are stored in locked cabinets within the department and retained for no less than 10 years after the study concludes.
