本项目通过揭示学龄期孤独症家庭心理应激的动态特征与演化规律，构建家庭心理应激理论模型。在此基础上，开发知识图谱驱动的家庭应激接种训练智能推荐系统，从神经生理机制、认知加工偏向和情绪注意特征等维度验证系统效能并解析作用机制，通过智能推荐技术实现有限心理康复资源的优化配置。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to construct a theoretical model of family psychological stress by elucidating the dynamic characteristics and evolutionary patterns of psychological stress in families with school-aged children with autism. Building on this foundation, a knowledge graph-driven intelligent recommendation system for family stress inoculation training will be developed. The efficacy of the system will be validated and its underlying mechanisms analyzed across multiple dimensions, including neurophysiological mechanisms, cognitive processing biases, and emotional attention features. Through intelligent recommendation technology, this initiative seeks to optimize the allocation of limited psychological rehabilitation resources.

纳入标准：

1. 儿童：符合 DSM-5 诊断标准；韦氏智力测验>=70 分；7 岁<=年龄<=12 岁；同意参与，签署知情同意书。 2. 双亲及主要照护者：为儿童医疗决策者；平均每日照护时间不少于 3 小时（如非双亲照护者>=2 名，选时间最长者）；无精神及认知障碍；同意参与，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children: Meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; Wechsler Intelligence Scale score >=70; age >=7 years and <=12 years; agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. 2. Parents and primary caregivers: Serve as the child’s medical decision-makers; provide an average daily care time of no less than 3 hours (if there are >=2 non-parent caregivers, the one with the longest care time will be selected); have no mental or cognitive disorders; agree to participate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 儿童：合并急慢性躯体性疾病、遗传性疾病和视听觉损害等。 2. 双亲及主要照护者：严重视听障碍影响理解；精神疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children: Presence of acute or chronic physical illnesses, genetic disorders, visual or auditory impairments, etc. 2. Parents/Primary Caregivers: Severe visual or auditory impairment affecting comprehension; history of psychiatric disorders.

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner, and input the data into the corresponding database system with two persons and two computers.
