研究目的：

（1）描述华南地区军团菌肺炎患者的流行病学特征 （2）识别导致军团菌肺炎患者进展为重症（如需入住ICU、需机械通气）或死亡的独立危险因素。 （3）总结军团菌感染治疗方案及临床预后（用药方案、ICU入住率、机械通气率、全因死亡率、总费用等）  

Objectives of Study：

1. To describe the epidemiological characteristics of patients with Legionella pneumonia in South China. 2. To identify the independent risk factors for progression to severe illness (such as ICU admission, mechanical ventilation) or death in patients with Legionella pneumonia. 3. To summarize the treatment regimens and clinical outcomes of Legionella infection (medication regimens, ICU admission rate, mechanical ventilation rate, all-cause mortality rate, total cost, etc.).

纳入标准：

1.确诊军团菌病的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients diagnosed with legionella pneumonia;

排除标准：

经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究的军团菌肺炎患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Legionella pneumonia patients deemed by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
