研究目的：

本研究旨在通过回顾性对比分析直接前入路（DAA）、后外侧入路（PLA）髋关节置换术与内固定术治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效并探讨最优术式适用人群  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of direct anterior approach (DAA), posterior lateral approach (PLA) hip replacement surgery, and internal fixation in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients, and to explore the optimal surgical approach for different patient populations.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄≥70岁，男女不限 2. 闭合性股骨粗隆间骨折 3. 受伤时间≤7天 4. BMI＜30。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >=70, male or female 2. Closed intertrochanteric fracture of femur 3. Injury duration <= 7 days 4. BMI < 30.

排除标准：

1. 病理性骨折或开放性骨折 2. 既往同侧髋关节手术史或严重髋关节疾病 3. 认知功能障碍无法配合康复及随访（MMSE<18分） 4. 随访数据记录不全或丢失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pathological fracture or open fracture 2. Previous ipsilateral hip surgery history or severe hip joint disease 3. Cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with rehabilitation and follow-up (MMSE < 18 points) 4. Follow-up data is incomplete or missing.
