旨在研究补充CoQ10能否改善维持性血液透析患者的内皮功能和心脏功能。  

Objectives of Study：

The presecnt study aims to investigate the effects of CoQ10 supplementation on endothelial and cardiac function in hemodialysis patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

辅酶Q10 (CoQ10)是一种有效的亲脂抗氧化剂，是组成呼吸链的必要成分，可将质子移位及电子传递到线粒体中进行氧化磷酸化，调控细胞氧化还原过程。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Coenzyme Q (CoQ) is an essential component of the mitochondrial electron transport chain and an antioxidant in plasma membranes and lipoproteins. It is endogenously produced in all cells by a highly regulated pathway that involves a mitochondrial multiprotein complex.  

纳入标准：

① 维持性血液透析（每周透析3次）> 3个月；
② 年龄 ≥ 18 岁并＜85岁；
③ 预期寿命＞1年。

Inclusion criteria

Patients receiving thrice weekly hemodialysis for at least 3 months; aged more than 18 and less than 85 years; Life expectancy greater than 1 year.

排除标准：

① 依从性差；
② 全身或局部严重感染；
③ 恶性肿瘤；
④ 计划1年内进行肾移植；
⑤ 30天内接受住院治疗；
⑥ 近3个月内出现过心肌梗死、血运重建、冠状动脉旁路移植术、卒中等；
⑦ 孕期、哺乳期者；
⑧ 正在服用抗氧化药物（维生素C除外）；
⑨ 应用中心静脉导管作为血管通路。

Exclusion criteria：

Poor adherence of dialysis or medications; severe systemic or local infection; malignancy; kidney transplant less than 12 months before study enrollment; hospitalization within 30 days; history of a major atherosclerotic event within 3 months; pregnancy or lactation; current use antioxidant other than vitamin C; use of hemodialysis catheter.
