研究目的：

明确星状神经节阻滞对合并焦虑情绪的中青年肺结节手术患 者围术期早期恢复质量的临床改善作用  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical improvement effect of stellate ganglion block on the early recovery quality of perioperative period in middle-aged and young patients with pulmonary nodules and anxiety.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 18-59岁； 2. ASA 分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 3. 计划在全身麻醉下择期行胸腔镜下肺部分切除术的患者； 4. 自愿签署相关知情同意书； 5. 术前状态焦虑量表评分在40分及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-59 years old; 2. ASA classification grade II-III; 3. Patients scheduled for elective thoracoscopic partial lung resection under general anesthesia; 4. Voluntarily signed the relevant informed consent form; 5. Preoperative State-Trait Anxiety Inventory score of 40 or above.

排除标准：

1. 颈部、胸部皮肤或深部组织感染（如蜂窝织炎、脓肿），可能导致感染扩散； 2. 星状神经节周围解剖结构异常（如肿瘤、严重畸形，无法通过超声定位）； 3. 凝血功能障碍； 4. 精神疾病无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infections of the skin or deep tissues in the neck or chest (such as cellulitis or abscesses) may lead to the spread of infection; 2. Abnormalities in the anatomical structures around the stellate ganglion (such as tumors or severe malformations that cannot be located by ultrasound); 3. Coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate.
