研究目的:

1.解决老年衰弱患者跌倒风险预判难的问题。通过多模态数据,多维分析跌倒协同作用机制,对临床表型数据与异常步态行为模式协同,精准识别跌倒风险因素。 2.解决跌倒风险模型预测难的问题。构建基于多模态数据的跌倒风险智能预警模型,发挥大模型在复杂时序与跨模态信息处理中的优势,形成更高预测及适用临床的预警模型。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Solve the problem of difficulty in predicting the risk of falls in elderly patients with frailty. Through multimodal data and multidimensional analysis of the synergistic mechanism of falls, clinical phenotype data and abnormal gait behavior patterns are synergistically identified to accurately identify fall risk factors. 2. Solve the problem of difficulty in predicting fall risk models. Build an intelligent fall risk warning model based on multimodal data, leverage the advantages of large models in complex temporal and cross modal information processing, and form a higher predictive and clinically applicable warning model.

纳入标准:

1.第一阶段回顾性病例对照:纳入标准:住院期间发生跌倒;≥60岁;Morse评估;
2.第二、三阶段横断面研究与模型构建:纳入标准:≥60岁;在辅助下或独立步行≥12m;符合Fried衰弱诊断标准自愿参加;

Inclusion criteria

1. Phase I retrospective case-control study: inclusion criteria: occurrence of falls during hospitalization; >= 60 years old; Morse assessment; 2. Phase 2 and 3 cross-sectional research and model construction: >= 60 years old; Walk >= 12m with assistance or independently; voluntarily participate according to Fried frailty diagnostic criteria;

排除标准:

1.第一阶段回顾性病例对照:排除标准:入院24h内出院或死亡;预测变量丢失≥3个;
2.第二、三阶段横断面研究与模型构建:排除标准:无法配合;有影响下肢活动疾病;合井其他严重疾病;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Phase 1 retrospective case-control study: exclusion criteria: discharge or death within 24 hours of admission; Prediction variable loss >= 3; 2. Phase 2 and 3 cross-sectional research and model construction: inability to cooperate; Diseases that affect lower limb mobility; Other serious illnesses in Hejing;
