Objectives of Study: |
1. Understand the imbalance between effort and return, job burnout, and mental health status of psychiatric nurses; 2. Explore the impact of mindfulness compassion training based on the ERI theory on job burnout and mental health of psychiatric nurses; 3. Analyze the mediating or moderating role of the imbalance between effort and return in the intervention effect. |

纳入标准: |
1.精神专科医院在职注册护士,且从事精神科临床护理工作>=1年; 2.年龄20-55岁; 3.自愿参加并签署知情同意书; 4.未同时参与其他类似心理干预项目; 5.通过基线评估筛查,存在职业倦怠高风险状态:MBI-HSS(Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey)评分满足以下任一条件:情绪耗竭维度 >= 27分(中高水平);或去人格化维度 >= 10分(中高水平);或个人成就感维度 <=31分(低水平);或付出-回馈失衡问卷(ERI-Q)中“付出/回馈比值 > 1”,提示存在显著付出-回馈失衡状态。 |

Inclusion criteria |
1. Currently employed registered nurse in a mental health hospital, with at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience in psychiatry; 2. Age between 20 and 55 years old; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 4. Not concurrently involved in other similar psychological intervention projects; 5. Screened through the baseline assessment, exist a high-risk state of job burnout: MBI-HSS (Maslach Burnout Inventory - Human Services Survey) score meets any of the following conditions: the emotional exhaustion dimension >= 27 points (moderate to high level); or depersonalization dimension >= 10 points (moderate to high level); or personal accomplishment dimension <= 31 points (low level); or the "Ratio of Effort/Recovery" in the ERI-Q questionnaire > 1, indicating a significant imbalance between effort and recovery. |

排除标准: |
1.目前处于严重心理障碍急性期(如重度抑郁、精神分裂症发作期); 2.近3个月内接受过系统性正念/慈悲训练; 3.计划在干预期内离职或长期休假; 4.MBI-HSS三个维度均处于低倦怠水平(情绪耗竭 < 20分、去人格化 < 7分、个人成就感 > 34分)或ERI比值 <= 0.75者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
1. Currently in the acute stage of severe psychological disorder (such as severe depression, active phase of schizophrenia); 2. Have received systematic mindfulness/compassion training within the past 3 months; 3. Plan to resign or take a long-term leave during the intervention period; 4. All three dimensions of MBI-HSS are at a low burnout level (emotional exhaustion < 20 points, de-personalization < 7 points, personal accomplishment > 34 points) or the ERI ratio <= 0.75. |

Simple random number grouping was conducted by uniformly trained nurses. Participants were numbered in the order of enrollment. Random numbers were generated using a random number table or Excel software, and participants were assigned to the intervention group or control group according to whether the numbers were odd or even. |
