研究目的：

通过对颅脑外伤或脑血管意外死亡患者小肠组织标本进行研究，探索人群小肠内微生态及菌群结构和丰度，以进一步全面分析小肠内微生物群体的物种、基因功能组成及相关的代谢通路的研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the study of small intestine tissue samples from traumatic brain injury and cerebral vascular accident patients, to explore the microecology structure and abundanceand in the small intestine of population, and also, including further comprehensive analysis of the microbial species in the small intestine and the composition of the gene function and associated metabolic pathways.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、颅脑外伤或脑血管意外脑死亡患者
2、同意无偿捐献器官；

Inclusion criteria

1. Brain death of traumatic brain injury or cerebral vascular accident patients;
2. Agree to unpaid organ donors.

排除标准：

1、病理诊断证实存在炎性肠病（溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩氏病）；
2、流行病学调查存在IBS。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A pathological diagnosis confirmed the presence of inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease);
2. The presence of IBS after epidemiological investigation.
