研究目的：

①验证基于大模型的心脏与颈动脉一站式超声筛查在社区老年体检的诊断效能社区医师应用基于深度学习大模型的心脏与颈动脉一站式超声筛查，以三甲医院专科医师的检查结果作为金标准，进行盲法对照，评价该技术的准确性、一致性及操作效率。 ②验证基于大模型的心脏与颈动脉一站式超声筛查在社区老年体检的示范应用效果在社区老年体检中应用基于深度学习大模型的心脏与颈动脉一站式超声筛查方案，评估其应用效果，包括筛查覆盖率、阳性检出率（包括左心室舒张功能减低、左室壁肥厚、射血分数减低、心脏扩大、严重瓣膜病、颈动脉斑块和颈动脉严重狭窄）和居民满意度。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Validate the diagnostic efficacy of a large model-based one-stop cardiac and carotid artery ultrasound screening in community-based geriatric health checkups. Community physicians use a deep learning large model-based one-stop cardiac and carotid artery ultrasound screening system, with results from specialist physicians at tertiary hospitals serving as the gold standard, in a blinded comparative study to evaluate the accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency of this technology. 2. Validate the demonstration application effect of a large model-based one-stop cardiac and carotid artery ultrasound screening in community-based geriatric health checkups. Implement the deep learning large model-based one-stop cardiac and carotid artery ultrasound screening protocol in community-based geriatric health checkups and evaluate its application effects, including screening coverage, positive detection rates (including left ventricular diastolic dysfunction, left ventricular hypertrophy, reduced ejection fraction, cardiac enlargement, severe valvular heart disease, carotid artery plaque, and severe carotid artery stenosis), and resident satisfaction

纳入标准：

1. 年龄 >= 60 岁的社区常住老年人； 2. 既往无心脑血管疾病病史； 3. 能够配合检查； 4. 签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Community-dwelling permanent residents aged >= 60 years; 2. No prior history of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Able to tolerate and cooperate with the examination procedures; 4. Provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有严重禁忌症或无法配合检查或拒绝签署知情同意和参与本项研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of any serious contraindication, inability to cooperate with the examination procedures, or refusal to sign informed consent and participate in this study.

Conventional echocardiography and carotid artery ultrasound performed by specialist physicians in a tertiary hospital, with independent interpretation by two senior ultrasound physicians and consensus agreement.
