研究目的：

1.验证技术创新性：系统性评估 EUS 引导下内镜注射治疗的临床疗效及安全性，明确其在降低肝硬化门静脉高压患者再出血率、减少并发症（如异位栓塞、穿孔）方面的优势。 2.优化技术流程：通过多中心合作与数据积累，推动完善标准化操作规范，解决术中实时影像判读、穿刺路径选择等技术难点，推动技术可复制化。 3.推动区域医疗发展：培养基层医院内镜介入人才，探索该技术在河北省基层医疗机构的推广模式，缩小区域诊疗水平差异。 4.填补科研空白：针对 EUS 引导下治疗食管胃静脉曲张的长期预后、成本效益比等缺乏高质量循证证据的问题，开展前瞻性研究，为指南更新提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Validation of technical innovation: to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of EUS-guided endoscopic injection therapy, and to clarify its advantages in reducing the rebleeding rate and complications (such as ectopic embolization and perforation) in patients with cirrhotic portal hypertension. 2. Optimization of technical process: through multi-center cooperation and data accumulation, we promoted the improvement of standardized operation specifications, solved technical difficulties such as real-time intraoperative image interpretation and puncture path selection, and promoted technical reproducibility. 3. Promote the development of regional medical care: cultivate talents of endoscopic intervention in primary hospitals, explore the promotion mode of this technology in primary medical institutions in Hebei Province, and narrow the regional differences in diagnosis and treatment level. 4. Fill the gap in scientific research: prospective studies were conducted to provide data support for the update of EUS-guided treatment of esophagogastric varices, aiming at the lack of high-quality evidence-based evidence such as long-term prognosis and cost-effectiveness ratio.

纳入标准：

1.肝硬化诊断明确的患者； 2.对本研究知情，参与积极，签署知情同意书； 3.经胃镜确诊的 GOV1 或 GOV2 型静脉曲张合并近期出血的患者； 4.临床资料完整等。

Inclusion criteria

1. patients with confirmed diagnosis of liver cirrhosis; 2. informed of the study, actively participated in the study, and signed the informed consent; 3. GOV1 or GOV2 varices diagnosed by gastroscopy with recent bleeding; 4. complete clinical data;

排除标准：

1.患者处于休克状态或对本品过敏者禁用； 2.既往有胃食管相关外科手术史； 3.非肝硬化性门静脉高压； 4.分流道最粗直径>1cm 的患者； 5.合并恶性肿瘤或多器官功能衰竭疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is in shock or allergic to this product should not be used; 2. previous history of gastroesophageal surgery; 3. non-cirrhotic portal hypertension; 4. patients with shunt diameter >1cm; 5. complicated with malignant tumors or multiple organ failure diseases.
