研究目的：

观察电磁式体外冲击波对肩袖退行性变关节镜修补术后肩关节功能障碍的临床研究。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical effect of patients with degenerative altered rotator cuff injury after arthroscopy. The shoulder joints were treated with conventional rehabilitation function combined with electromagnetic extracorporeal shock wave.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄50岁-70岁；②符合肩袖损伤的相关诊断且行关节镜下肩袖修补术；③无外伤史；④术后6-8周；⑤依从性好，认知理解正常，能配合进行相关治疗；⑥患者本人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

①Age:50-70; ②According to diagnosis of rotator cuff injury and underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; ③No history of trauma; ④6-8 weeks after surgery; ⑤Good compliance, normal cognitive understanding, can cooperate Carry out relevant treatment; ⑥ The patient himself signs the informed consent.:

排除标准：

①肩袖损伤合并骨折；②有明确外伤史；③依从性差，不能配合治疗者；④有心脏病、严重高血压、治疗部位有皮肤破溃等无法进行体外冲击波治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Rotator cuff injury combined with fracture; ②A clear history of trauma; ③People with poor compliance who cannot cooperate with the treatment; ④People with heart disease, severe hypertension, and skin ulceration at the treatment site who cannot be treated with extracorporeal shock wave
