研究目的：

本研究旨在评估子宫内膜微组织活检在子宫内膜癌筛查中的应用价值，探讨其在高风险人群中的适用性，分析其与常规筛查方法的对比效果。通过本课题的开展，期望为临床提供一种新型、高效、低创的筛查工具，从而提升子宫内膜癌的早期诊断水平，为患者提供更为及时、个性化的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to evaluate the application value of endometrial microbiopsy in the screening of endometrial cancer, explore its applicability in high-risk populations, and analyze its comparative effect with conventional screening methods. Through the implementation of this project, it is expected to provide a new, efficient and low-invasive screening tool for clinical practice, thereby enhancing the early diagnosis level of endometrial cancer and offering patients more timely and personalized treatment plans.

纳入标准：

1.因异常子宫出血、宫腔占位等内膜癌高危因素拟行宫腔镜或诊刮取内膜行病理诊断的女性人群； 2.具有完整临床资料及随访信息； 3.所有受试者需签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Women who are scheduled to undergo hysteroscopy or curettage for pathological diagnosis due to high-risk factors for endometrial cancer such as abnormal uterine bleeding and uterine cavity space-occupying lesions; 2. Have complete clinical data and follow-up information; 3. All subjects are required to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.急性、亚急性生殖器炎症或盆腔炎性疾病； 2.妊娠期或可疑妊娠； 3.确认或疑似宫内节育器； 4.子宫穿孔； 5.对于ABS 树脂、聚碳酸酯PC 及聚酰胺（尼龙）过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute or subacute genital inflammation or pelvic inflammatory disease; 2. Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy; 3. Confirmed or suspected intrauterine device; 4. Uterine perforation; 5. People who are allergic to ABS resin, polycarbonate PC and polyamide (nylon).
