Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《国际睡眠障碍分类第 3 版（ICSD-3）》中 “慢性失眠障碍” 诊断标准，失眠病程≥3 个月，每周 失眠≥3 次；
2.年龄 18-65 岁，性别不限；
3.签署知情同意书，自愿配合完成研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.It meets the diagnostic criteria for "chronic insomnia disorder" in the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, 3rd Edition (ICSD-3), with a course of insomnia of >=3 months and insomnia of >=3 times per week; 2.Age: 18-65 years old, gender not limited; 3.Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily cooperate to complete the research;

排除标准：

1.继发性失眠（如焦虑抑郁、睡眠呼吸暂停综合 征、甲状腺功能异常等所致）；
2.颈部解剖异常（如肿瘤、淋巴结肿大）、迷走神 经损伤史或手术史；
3.严重心脑血管疾病（如房颤、心肌梗死）、肝肾 功能不全；
4.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
5.对生理盐水过敏者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Secondary insomnia (such as caused by anxiety, depression, sleep apnea syndrome, thyroid dysfunction, etc.
2.Anatomical abnormalities of the neck (such as tumors, lymph node enlargement), history of vagus nerve injury or surgical history;
3.Severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (such as atrial fibrillation and myocardial infarction), and liver and kidney dysfunction;
4.Pregnant or lactating women;
5.People allergic to normal saline;
