研究目的：

（1）探讨舒心平血功联合共振呼吸训练与单纯药物治疗相比对PCI术后患者心肺耐力的影响。 （2）构建适配PCI术后冠心病患者个体化的心脏康复运动方案，提高患者临床预后。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of Shuxin Pingxue Gong combined with coherent breathing training versus pharmacotherapy alone on cardiopulmonary endurance in post-PCI patients. 2. To develop an individualized cardiac rehabilitation exercise program for post-PCI patients with coronary heart disease, in order to improve clinical outcomes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 意识正常可沟通、无严重心理障碍(抑郁、焦虑等)； 2. NYHA心功能I-II级； 3. PCI术后病情稳定，年龄18-65岁； 4. 运动或恢复期无心绞痛症状或心电图缺血改变； 5. 无休息或运动引起的严重心律失常； 6. LVEF >= 50%； 7. 同意并能配合运动康复方案者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Normal mental state, capable of communication; no significant psychological disorders (depression, anxiety, etc.). 2. NYHA heart function class I-II. 3. Condition remains stable after PCI; age range: 18-65 years. 4. No symptoms of angina or changes in electrocardiograms indicative of ischemia during periods of exercise or recovery. 5. No severe arrhythmias induced by rest or exercise. 6. LVEF >= 50%. 7. Agrees and is willing to comply with the exercise rehabilitation program.

排除标准：

1. 合并严重出血倾向、低水平运动 (<5.0 METs)； 2. 恢复期出现心绞痛症状或心肌缺血改变、休息或运动时出现复杂室性心律失常； 3. 意识障碍、精神/认知/沟通障碍及拒绝配合者； 4. 严重心功能不全，LVEF < 40%； 5. 近期脑卒中； 6. 严重肺部疾病、恶性肿瘤； 7. 依从性差或不能完成随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of severe bleeding tendencies and low levels of physical activity (<= 5.0 METs); 2. Development of angina or changes in myocardial ischemia during the recovery period, with complex ventricular arrhythmias occurring during rest or exercise; 3. Confusion, mental/cognitive/communication impairments, and refusal to cooperate; 4. Severe heart failure, LVEF < 40%; 5. Recent stroke; 6. Severe pulmonary disease, malignant tumors; 7. Poor adherence or inability to complete follow-up.

采用随机数字表法进行随机分组，首先根据纳排标准，筛选出符合要求的对象72例，并逐一编号，编号范围为1到72；其次，根据Excel生成与样本量对应的随机数字序列，按照从上到下依次读取随机数字，将每个研究对象的编号和对应的随机数字进行匹配；最后，根据随机数字的奇偶性特征，将研究对象分配到不同的组中（奇数为对照组，偶数为干预组）

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A random number table method was used for random grouping. First, based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 72 subjects meeting the requirements were selected and individually numbered, with the range of numbers being 1 to 72. Next, an Excel-generated random number sequence corresponding to the sample size was created. The random numbers were read from top to bottom, and the corresponding numbers for each study subject were matched. Finally, based on the parity characteristics of the random numbers, the study subjects were assigned to different groups (odd numbers represented the control group, and even numbers represented the intervention group).
