研究目的:

探讨为期10 周不同认知负荷的定向运动练习对ADHD 儿童执行功能的影响,并从大脑前额叶激活的角度揭示其改善机制。  

Objectives of Study:

To investigate the effects of a 10-week orienteering exercise with varying cognitive loads on executive functions in children with ADHD, and to reveal its improvement mechanism from the perspective of prefrontal cortex activation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.7-11 岁患有注意缺陷多动障碍儿童; 2.除体育课外,半年内无规律运动习惯(每周中高强度运动次数<=3 次,每次锻炼时间<30min); 3.右利手,视力正常或矫正视力正常; 4.中文版韦氏儿童智力量表测试:IQ>=80; 5.自愿参与,受试者家长或法定监护人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 7-11 with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 2. No regular exercise habit for more than half a year (the number of moderate to high-intensity exercises per week <= 3 times, and the duration of each exercise session < 30 minutes); 3. Right-handed, normal vision or corrected vision; 4. Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Chinese version test: IQ >= 80; 5. Voluntary participation, and the parents or legal guardians of the subjects sign the informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.除患注意缺陷多动障碍,还患有其他发育行为性疾病或精神系统疾病者(如自闭症谱系 障碍、双向情感障碍等); 2.在干预过程中药物使用情况会有调整者; 3.排除有严重疾病不宜运动者(如心脏病、哮喘等)。 4.参考《中国2~18 岁儿童青少年超重和肥胖筛查体重指数界值点的研究》,相应年龄段身体指数(Body Mass Index, BMI)为超重或肥胖的受试者

Exclusion criteria:

1. Besides having attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, they also suffer from other developmental behavioral disorders or mental system diseases (such as autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, etc.); 2. Those whose medication usage will be adjusted during the intervention process; 3. Those who are excluded due to severe diseases that make them unsuitable for exercise (such as heart disease, asthma, etc.); 4. According to the "Research on the Weight Index Threshold Points for Screening Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents Aged 2-18", the subjects with a body mass index (BMI) classified as overweight or obese in the corresponding age group.

首先,由一名不参与受试者招募与干预实施的独立统计人员,使用R 4.2.0 软件中的blockrand 包生成随机分配序列。该随机化采用分层区组设计,分层变量为性别(男/女),区组大小为8,确保每8 名同性别受试者中,高认知负荷定向运动组、中等认知负荷定向运动组、低认知负荷定向运动组及主动控制组四个组别各分配2 人。为实施分配隐藏,将分配结果装入按顺序编号、不透光的密封信封中,信封外仅标注序号。在受试者完成基线评估并获得唯一ID 后,研究人员根据其ID 顺序与性别,拆开对应的密封信封,依据信封内的分配结果通知受试者所属组别及相应课程时间,并将分配结果录入受试者管理数据库。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

First, an independent statistician not involved in participant recruitment or intervention implementation used the `blockrand` package in R 4.2.0 software to generate a random allocation sequence. This randomization employed a stratified block design, with gender (male/female) as the stratification variable and a block size of 8. This ensured that within every block of 8 same-gender participants, two were allocated to each of the four groups: the high cognitive-load orienteering exercise group, the moderate cognitive-load orienteering exercise group, the low cognitive-load orienteering exercise group, and the active control group. To implement allocation concealment, the allocation results were placed in sequentially numbered, opaque, sealed envelopes, with only the sequence number marked on the outside. After participants completed the baseline assessment and received a unique ID, researchers opened the corresponding sealed envelope based on the participant's ID sequence number and gender. Based on the allocation result inside the envelope, the researchers informed the participant of their group assignment and corresponding class time, and then entered the allocation result into the participant management database.

Blinding:

The study implements blinding for outcome assessors (behavioral and neuroimaging) and data analysts, who remain unaware of group assignments, while participants and intervention providers cannot be blinded due to the nature of the different cognitive load conditions.
