研究目的：

比较OTSC与常规治疗在手术后消化道瘘患者中的愈合时间、临床愈合率和再次手术干预率，明确OTSC治疗是否可使手术后消化道瘘的患者获益。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of healing time, clinical healing rate, and re-surgical intervention rate between OTSC and conventional treatment in postoperative gastrointestinal fistula patients: clarifying the benefits of OTSC therapy for this patient population.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.经影像学（如造影、CT）或内镜检查确诊为手术后消化道瘘； 3.接受过OTSC治疗或常规（包括双套管冲洗引流等保守或手术）治疗； 4.病历资料完整，包含基线特征、治疗记录及≥3个月的随访信息。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with postoperative gastrointestinal fistula through imaging (such as contrast radiography, CT) or endoscopic examination; 3. Have received OTSC treatment or conventional treatment (including conservative or surgical methods such as double-tube irrigation and drainage); 4. Complete medical records, including baseline characteristics, treatment records, and follow-up information of ≥3 months.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女； 2.合并其他无法控制的严重感染或器官衰竭； 3.因非治疗性原因提前出院或失访，导致关键结局指标缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Combined with other uncontrollable severe infections or organ failure; 3. Early discharge or lost to follow-up for non-therapeutic reasons, resulting in missing key outcome indicators.
