研究目的：

本项目拟研究腰椎间盘突出症（LDH）患者实施医护技一体化联合5A护理模式，采用ODI、JOA、NRS评分量表比较分析腰椎功能、疼痛程度、自我效能、生活质量情况等均得到改善效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to explore the application of an integrated medical-nursing-technical model combined with the 5A nursing model in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH). By using the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI), Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) score, and Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) for comparative analysis, it is found that the patients' lumbar function, pain intensity, self-efficacy, quality of life and other related indicators are all significantly improved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 LDH 诊断标准，满足手术指征； 2.年龄18 -80岁； 3.神志清醒，具有良好的依从性； 4.患者均知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for LDH and satisfy the surgical indications; 2. Aged 18 -80years; 3. Conscious and with good compliance; 4. All patients have given informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并严重心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能严重障碍； 2.伴急慢性感染性疾病； 3.骨质增生明显伴腰椎滑脱、椎管狭窄。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Complicated with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, or severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; 2. Accompanied by acute or chronic infectious diseases; 3. Marked hyperosteogeny with lumbar spondylolisthesis and spinal stenosis.
