探究HSP中息肉切除前预防性夹闭对息肉切除术后出血的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of preoperative preventive ligation of polyps in HSP on postoperative bleeding after polypectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁；
2.经肠镜诊断为结肠蒂状息肉并接受HSP切除治疗；
3.具备完整围手术期资料及术后随访记录；
4.患者可配合完成肠镜检查及术后出血监测；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age range: 18 - 80 years old;
2.Diagnosed with colonic pedunculated polyps through colonoscopy and underwent HSP removal treatment.
3.Have complete perioperative data and postoperative follow-up records;
4.The patient can cooperate to complete the colonoscopy examination and postoperative bleeding monitoring.

排除标准：

1.内镜下高度怀疑黏膜下浸润癌或需外科手术治疗的病变；
2.术中发生严重不良事件（无法控制的活动性出血、穿孔、严重心脑血管事件等）；
3.术前ASA分级≥V级；
4.合并明显增加出血风险的基础疾病（炎症性肠病、自身免疫性疾病、凝血功能障碍）；
5.患者明确拒绝纳入任何临床回顾性研究或记录；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Lesions that are highly suspected to be submucosal invasive cancer or require surgical treatment under endoscopy; 2.Serious adverse events occurred during the operation (uncontrollable active bleeding, perforation, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular events, etc.); 3.Preoperative ASA classification >= V level; 4.The underlying diseases that significantly increase the risk of bleeding (inflammatory bowel disease, autoimmune diseases, coagulation disorders) are combined; 5.The patient explicitly refused to be included in any clinical retrospective studies or records.
