研究目的：

本课题将综合透明矫治器和舌侧矫治器的力学系统优势，设计新型隐形矫治装置，用于提高现有隐形矫治技术的疗效，减少其副作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This project will integrate the advantages of clear aligner and lingual orthodontic appliances to design a new type of invisible orthodontic device, aiming to enhance the efficacy and reduce the side effects of clear aligners.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁以上；2.小于4 mm的拥挤度；3.ANB 0-4°；4.磨牙中性关系或者轻度近中或远中关系（< 2mm）;5.全身情况健康

Inclusion criteria

1. Over 18 years old; 2. A crowding degree of less than 4 mm; 3. ANB 0-4° ; 4. Class I molar relationship or mild Class II or III molar relationship (< 2mm); 5. Good overall health.

排除标准：

1.严重的颅颌面畸形； 2.资料不完整； 3.失访.

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe craniofacial deformities; 2. Incomplete information; 3. Lost to follow-up

试验采用可变区组随机方法，随机数字由统计专家应用 SAS 软件在模拟产生。由一名中间人向所有符合条件的患者及其父母提供有关试验的口头和书面信息，并邀请他们参加。在获得知情同意后，由未参与试验的人员进行随机分组。使用随机化工具（Randomizer 软件）进行分配。

The trial utilized a variable block randomization method. Random numbers were generated via simulation by a statistician using SAS software. An independent research coordinator provided detailed oral and written information about the trial to all eligible patients and their parents, extending invitations to participate. Following the acquisition of informed consent, randomization was conducted by personnel not otherwise involved in the study. Assignment was performed using dedicated randomization software (Randomizer)..

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用病例记录表（CRF）与电子数据采集系统（EDC）结合的方式。CRF涵盖所有研究变量，EDC系统使用基于互联网的REDCap平台，实现数据实时录入与逻辑校验。数据经去标识化后存储于境内加密服务器，通过每日备份及权限管控保障安全。数据管理由研究团队培训的数据管理员执行，并接受定期质量控制核查。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study adopts a dual-modality data management framework integrating Case Report Forms (CRFs) with an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. All study variables are documented through standardized CRFs, while data acquisition and validation are facilitated via the web-based REDCap EDC platform, which supports real-time entry and automated logic checks. De-identified research data are stored on encrypted servers located within China, with security maintained through daily backup protocols and role-based access controls. Data stewardship is performed by certified data managers within the research team, with systematic quality control audits conducted at regular intervals to ensure data integrity and compliance.
