本研究拟对眼科进行重复会诊的患者进行研究分析，观察不同影响因素与患者不同眼科会诊结局的相关性，分析此类患者眼部情况预后。  

Objectives of Study：

phthalmology consultation is a pivotal part of interdisciplinary inpatient care, given the close link between ocular manifestations and systemic diseases. This study aimed to identify key factors affecting management outcomes in inpatients undergoing multiple ophthalmology consultations, and explore their correlations with distinct clinical strategies.

纳入标准：

1.本研究拟纳入2022年1月1日至2025年12月31日，在北京友谊医院住院期间，于眼科有重复会诊记录2次及以上的有效会诊患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.This study intends to enroll patients hospitalized at Beijing Friendship Hospital between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2025, who had two or more valid ophthalmology consultation records during their inpatient stay.

排除标准：

1.排除条件为本研究未纳入眼科急会诊患者，重名的患者以及由独立专科医师团队负责的早产儿视网膜病变患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for this study included patients who received emergency ophthalmic consultations, patients with duplicate names, and patients with retinopathy of prematurity managed by an independent specialist team.
