研究目的：

研究拟观察Tis干预方案对慢性精神分裂症患者群体认知功能、阴性和阳性症状的调节作用，为精神分裂症患者认知及康复提供参考，为后续临床试验奠定安全性及有效性的基础。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aims to investigate the modulatory effects of a TIS intervention protocol on cognitive function as well as negative and positive symptoms in individuals with chronic schizophrenia. The findings are expected to inform cognitive rehabilitation strategies for schizophrenia and to establish a preliminary evidence base regarding the safety and efficacy of TIS for future clinical trials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版（DSM5）中精神分裂症的诊断标准；
2.年龄在18～45岁之间，男女不限；
3.初中以上文化程度；
4.右利手，有足够的视听水平以完成研究必需的检查，愿意参与本研究；
5.PANSS量表阴性症状子评分>=20分；
6.干预前2周内无用药方案调整、无物理治疗和心理治疗.

Inclusion criteria

1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5)；
2. Individuals aged 18–45 years, with no sex restriction；
3. Educational level of junior high school or above;
4.Right-handed,with the ability to comprehend the questionnaires and verbal instructions involved in the study, and willing to participate in the study.
5.PANSS negative subscore >=20；
6.With adequate auditory and visual acuity to complete the required assessments.

排除标准：

1.符合 DSM-Ⅴ除精神分裂症以外的其他轴 I 诊断；
2.精神病性症状严重，使患者无法完成所需评估检查；
3.存在消极观念或自杀风险较高；
4.目前患严重躯体疾病或中枢系统疾病者，物质滥用；
5.怀孕或准备近期怀孕的女性,以及哺乳期妇女；
6.受试者因健康风险需要中止参与的；
7.受试者自愿要求退出研究的；
8.干预中必须调整精神科用药、进行物理治疗或心理治疗的。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosis of any DSM-5 Axis I disorder other than schizophrenia;
2.Severe psychotic symptoms that preclude the patient from completing the required assessments;
3. Presence of suicidal ideation or high suicide risk;
4.Current severe physical illness or central nervous system disorder, or substance abuse;
5. Pregnancy, planned pregnancy in the near future, or breastfeeding;
6.The subject needs to be withdrawn due to health risks;
7.The subject voluntarily requests to withdraw from the study;
8.During the intervention, it becomes necessary to adjust psychiatric medication, or to administer physical therapy or psychological therapy.
