探究运动对健康人肠道菌群的影响，拟为进一步的动物实验提供运动人群的粪便样本。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of exercise on the gut flora of healthy individuals, with the intention of providing faecal samples from exercising populations for further animal experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自愿签署知情同意书； 2.年龄18-30岁； 3.男女不限； 4.BMI 18.5-24 kg/m^2； 5.南方医科大学顺德校区龙舟队新队员； 6.加入龙舟队后三个月内每周进行中高强度运动超过三次，总时长超过150分钟；

Inclusion criteria

1.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2.Age: 18 to 30; 3.Gender is not limited. 4.BMI 18.5-24 kg/m^2; 5.New members of the dragon boat team from Shunde Campus of Southern Medical University; 6.Within three months after joining the dragon boat team, I engaged in moderate to high-intensity exercise more than three times a week, with a total duration exceeding 150 minutes;

排除标准：

1.入组前三个月内每周低强度和中强度运动总时长高于150分钟，高强度运动总时长高于75分钟；低强度运动指运动时平均心率不低于（220-年龄）乘以0.5次/分，中强度运动指运动时平均心率不低于（220-年龄）乘以0.6次/分，高强度运动指运动时平均心率不低于（220-年龄）乘以0.7次/分； 2.1个月内曾口服抗生素者； 3.大量饮酒（男性每天摄入酒精超过30g，女性每天摄入酒精超过20g）超过6个月； 4.合并急慢性肝炎、肝硬化者； 5.合并肠道慢性炎症性疾病、急性感染； 6.合并恶性肿瘤或其他严重疾病者； 7.正在减重者； 8.孕妇、哺乳期妇女； 9.心、肾功能不全者； 10.精神障碍者； 11.经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.The total duration of low-intensity and moderate-intensity exercise per week in the three months prior to enrollment was more than 150 minutes, and the total duration of high-intensity exercise was more than 75 minutes. Low-intensity exercise refers to an average heart rate of no less than (220- age) multiplied by 0.5 beats per minute during exercise, moderate-intensity exercise refers to an average heart rate of no less than (220- age) multiplied by 0.6 beats per minute during exercise, and high-intensity exercise refers to an average heart rate of no less than (220- age) multiplied by 0.7 beats per minute during exercise;
2.Those who have taken oral antibiotics within one month;
3.Excessive alcohol consumption (more than 30g per day for men and more than 20g per day for women) for over six months;
4.Those with acute or chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis;
5.Combined with chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestinal tract and acute infections;
6.Those with concurrent malignant tumors or other serious diseases;
7.Those who are losing weight;
8.Pregnant women and lactating women;
9.People with impaired heart or kidney function;
10.People with mental disorders;
11.The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study;
