研究目的：

（1）通过膳食调查，系统评估调查点居民食物摄入状况、膳食结构及营养摄入特征，明确人群膳食模式分布情况。 （2）调查并分析居民健康相关饮食行为、生活方式及行为特征，识别影响健康结局的关键行为因素。 （3）评估居民超重与肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、高尿酸血症等饮食相关慢性疾病的患病现状及变化趋势，了解人群慢性病流行特征及健康风险水平。 （4）基于人体生物样本检测技术，测定居民体内重金属元素、真菌毒素、抗生素、农兽药残留及有机污染物等食品污染物的生物标志物水平，定量评估人群内暴露水平及其分布特征。 （5）构建食品污染物内暴露与健康指标之间的关联模型，探索其潜在作用机制及影响路径，为制定居民合理膳食指导策略和社区干预措施提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Through dietary surveys, systematically assess the food intake status, dietary structure, and nutritional intake characteristics of residents in the survey points, and clarify the distribution of dietary patterns among the population; (2) Investigate and analyze residents' health-related dietary behaviors, lifestyles, and behavioral characteristics to identify key behavioral factors influencing health outcomes; (3) Evaluate the current prevalence and trends of diet-related chronic diseases among residents, such as overweight and obesity, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, and hyperuricemia, and understand the epidemiological characteristics and health risk levels of chronic diseases in the population; (4) Based on human biological sample testing techniques, measure biomarker levels of food contaminants in residents, such as heavy metal elements, mycotoxins, antibiotics, pesticide and veterinary drug residues, and organic pollutants, to quantitatively assess the internal exposure levels and distribution characteristics among the population; (5) Construct association models between internal exposure to food contaminants and health indicators, explore their potential mechanisms and impact pathways, and provide a scientific basis for developing rational dietary guidance strategies and community intervention measures for residents.
