研究目的：

基于连续体检数据，采用组基轨迹模型，识别健康体检人群内脏脂肪代谢评分（METS-VF）的动态轨迹类型，明确各轨迹的分布特征；通过多因素Logistic回归分析不同METS-VF轨迹与亚临床颈动脉粥样硬化的关联强度，量化各组风险差异（OR值及95%CI）；评估METS-VF动态轨迹对亚临床颈动脉粥样硬化的预测效能，验证其相较于传统静态指标的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on serial health examination data, group-based trajectory modeling was adopted to identify the dynamic trajectory subtypes of metabolic score for visceral fat (METS-VF) in the health check-up population and clarify the distribution characteristics of each trajectory subtype. The association strength between different METS-VF trajectories and subclinical carotid atherosclerosis was analyzed by multivariate logistic regression, and the risk differences among subgroups were quantified (odds ratio [OR] and 95% confidence interval [CI]). In addition, the predictive efficacy of dynamic METS-VF trajectories for subclinical carotid atherosclerosis was evaluated, and their advantages over traditional static indicators were verified.

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于或等于18岁；2.2021-2025 年进行连续健康体检；3.体检资料完整

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Underwent consecutive health examinations from 2021 to 2025; 3.Complete medical examination data available

排除标准：

1.既往已明确诊断为颈动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、脑梗死等心血管疾病；2.2021-2023年体检颈动脉彩超提示已存在亚临床颈动脉粥样硬化；3.患有恶性肿瘤、严重肝肾功能不全、甲状腺功能亢进或减退等可能影响内脏脂肪代谢和颈动脉血管状况的疾病；4.体检资料中关键指标缺失严重，无法进行有效分析

Exclusion criteria：

1.Prior confirmed diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases such as carotid atherosclerosis, coronary heart disease, and cerebral infarction;2.Evidence of subclinical carotid atherosclerosis on carotid color Doppler ultrasound during the 2021-2023 health examination;3.Comorbidities that may affect visceral fat metabolism and carotid vascular status, including malignant tumors, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism;4.Severe missing of key indicators in the examination data, precluding effective statistical analysis.
