研究目的：

1. 描述ICU儿童谵妄的发生率； 2. 探讨ICU儿童谵妄的危险因素； 3. 构建ICU儿童谵妄的预测模型； 4. 验证ICU儿童谵妄的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the incidence of delirium in children in the ICU. 2. Explore the risk factors for delirium in children in the ICU. 3. Construct a predictive model for delirium in children in the ICU. 4. Validate the predictive model for delirium in children in the ICU.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＜18周岁； 2.ICU住院时间>=24h； 3.＜8周岁获得监护人知情同意，>=8周岁获得监护人及本人知情同意；

Inclusion criteria

1. Age < 18 years; 2. ICU stay >= 24 hours; 3. For patients < 8 years old, informed consent obtained from a guardian; for patients >= 8 years old, informed consent obtained from both the guardian and the patient.

排除标准：

1.入ICU前存在谵妄； 2.入ICU后处于昏迷（格拉斯评分<=8分），或深度镇静（RASS评分-4～-5分）； 3.精神疾病，语言沟通障碍，听觉或视觉障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of delirium prior to ICU admission; 2. Coma after ICU admission (Glasgow Coma Scale <= 8), or deep sedation (RASS score ?4 to ?5); 3. Psychiatric disorders, communication impairment, or hearing or visual impairment.
