研究目的：

1.探索利用人工智能机器学习技术构建心衰患者远程容量管理平台。 2.研发移动APP远程监测模块及功能。 3.评价“远程容量管理平台+移动APP”对心力衰竭患者容量管理的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to build a remote volume management platform for patients with heart failure. 2. Develop mobile APP remote monitoring modules and functions. 3. Evaluate the effectiveness of "remote volume management platform + mobile APP" in volume management for patients with heart failure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 入住我院心内科经临床医师确诊的心衰患者； 2. 符合心衰相关诊断标准及分级，心功能II～V级； 3. 年龄50～75岁； 4. 病情许可，并自愿参加本研究； 5. 经培训后能够熟练使用手机APP。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients admitted to our hospital's cardiology department with heart failure confirmed by a clinician; 2. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria and classification of heart failure, with cardiac function at class II to V; 3. Patients aged 50 to 75 years; 4. Patients whose condition permits and who voluntarily participate in this study; 5. Patients who are able to proficiently use mobile phone apps after training.

排除标准：

1. 未诊断为心衰； 2. 合并重要器官功能的严重损害或其他严重疾病（如恶性肿瘤等）者； 3. 智力低下或认知功能障碍，不能正确表达者； 4. 不具备移动网络使用条件者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not diagnosed with heart failure; 2. Patients with severe impairment of important organ function or other serious diseases (such as malignant tumors, etc.); 3. Patients with low intelligence or cognitive dysfunction who cannot express themselves correctly; 4. Patients who do not have the conditions to use mobile networks.
