研究目的：

（1）明确内镜下OTSC联合auto-PRP注射治疗ABERFs的临床有效性及安全性。 （2）分析内镜下OTSC联合auto-PRP注射治疗ABERFs失败的风险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic Over-The-Scope Clip (OTSC) closure combined with autologous platelet-rich plasma (auto-PRP) injection in the treatment of acquired benign esophageal-respiratory fistulas (ABERFs). (2) To analyze the risk factors associated with treatment failure of endoscopic OTSC closure combined with auto-PRP injection for ABERFs.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁且≤80岁； 2.经胃镜、气管镜或影像学检查确诊为ABERFs。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 to 80 years were included. 2. Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of acquired benign esophageal-respiratory fistulas (ABERFs) by gastroscopy, bronchoscopy, or imaging studies were included.

排除标准：

1.瘘口最大径>20mm； 2.凝血功能障碍和出血性疾病； 3.严重心、肺功能障碍； 4.拒绝内镜下OTSC或auto-PRP治疗或存在禁忌症； 5.近2个月有胸部放射治疗或化学治疗史； 6.研究者认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Fistula orifice >20 mm in maximum diameter; 2. Coagulopathy or bleeding disorders; 3. Severe cardiac/pulmonary dysfunction; 4. Contraindication to or refusal of endoscopic OTSC/auto-PRP therapy; 5. Thoracic radiotherapy or chemotherapy within the last 2 months; 6. Investigator’s judgment of unsuitability.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：
