研究目的：

探讨宫腔抽吸联合肌注缩宫素对改善剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室不孕患者冻融胚胎移植结局的可能性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the potential of intrauterine aspiration combined with intramuscular oxytocin injection in improving the outcomes of frozen?thawed embryo transfer in infertile patients with cesarean scar defect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄20-38岁； 2.既往有1次子宫下段剖宫产史； 3.经宫腔镜或超声确诊为CSD； 4.拟行冻融胚胎移植周期（激素替代周期或自然周期）； 5.移植优质D3卵裂期胚胎或囊胚； 6.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 20–38 years; 2. With a history of one previous lower segment cesarean section; 3. Diagnosed with CSD by hysteroscopy or ultrasonography; 4. Undergoing frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles (HRT cycles or natural cycles); 5. Transfer of high-quality day 3 cleavage-stage embryos or blastocysts; 6. Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1.子宫其他畸形（如纵隔子宫）； 2.重度宫腔粘连； 3.子宫内膜异位症（III-IV期）； 4.染色体异常； 5.反复种植失败； 6.移植日子宫内膜厚度＜7mm； 7.有缩宫素使用禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other uterine malformations (e.g., septate uterus); 2. Severe intrauterine adhesions (SIUA); 3. Endometriosis (stage III–IV); 4. Chromosomal abnormalities; 5. Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF); 6. Endometrial thickness < 7 mm on the day of embryo transfer; 7. With contraindications to oxytocin.
