研究目的：

（1）比较近视人群坐位与仰卧位时Kappa角的差异，量化体位变化对Kappa角的影响规律； （2）分析体位相关的Kappa角偏移与屈光度、眼球生物参数的关系； （3）建立基于体位变化规律的Kappa角校正回归模型； （4）提出临床实践中体位相关Kappa角补偿的建议，为屈光手术术中精准居中提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To compare the differences in Kappa angle between sitting and supine positions in a myopic population, and to quantify the effect of postural changes on the Kappa angle. (2) To analyze the relationship between posture-related Kappa angle shift and refractive error as well as ocular biometric parameters. (3) To establish a regression model for Kappa angle correction based on postural change patterns. (4) To propose recommendations for posture-related Kappa angle compensation in clinical practice, providing a basis for precise intraoperative centration in refractive surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18~50岁，性别不限 （2）屈光状态为近视及角膜散光（-0.50D～-10.00D），散光≤2.00D （3）最佳矫正视力≥1.0 （4）无眼部器质性病变（如白内障、青光眼、视网膜病变、角膜病变等），无眼部手术史，无外伤史 （5）无全身性疾病（如糖尿病、高血压、神经系统疾病等） （6）近3个月内未使用影响屈光状态的药物

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18–50 years, no gender restriction. (2) Refractive status: myopia and corneal astigmatism (?0.50D to ?10.00D), astigmatism <= 2.00D. (3) Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) >= 1.0. (4) No organic ocular diseases (e.g., cataract, glaucoma, retinopathy, keratopathy, etc.), no history of ocular surgery or ocular trauma. (5) No systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, neurological disorders, etc.). (6) No use of medications affecting refractive status within the past 3 months.

排除标准：

（1）不符合纳入标准者 （2）检查过程中无法配合完成眼球固定和多模态影像采集者 （3）图像数据质量不达标（如瞳孔遮挡、位置不佳、图像模糊） （4）随访过程中失访或自愿退出研究者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria. (2) Those who are unable to cooperate in completing eye fixation and multimodal image acquisition during the examination. (3) Those with image data of insufficient quality (e.g., pupil occlusion, poor positioning, image blur). (4) Those who are lost to follow-up or voluntarily withdraw from the study.
