研究目的：

1.分析不同程度 OSAHS 与焦虑、抑郁的程度是否存在相关性。2.探究 OSAHS 患者焦虑、抑郁程度的相关影响因素，并分析 OSAHS 患者中焦虑及抑郁量表中各维度因子的特点。3.OSAHS 伴焦虑、抑郁障碍患者接受治疗前后焦虑与抑郁评分的对比分析。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the association between the severity of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and the prevalence of anxiety and depressive symptoms. 2.To identify the potential risk factors associated with anxiety and depression in OSAHS patients and to examine the dimensional characteristics of these psychological disorders using validated rating scales. 3.To evaluate the changes in anxiety and depression scores following clinical intervention in OSAHS patients with comorbid anxiety or depressive disorders.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18 岁；
2.完成 PSG 监测的人群；
3.自愿签订知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age>= 18 years; 2.Population who have completed polysomnography (PSG); 3.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.严重的躯体疾病，如自身免疫系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、慢性阻 塞性肺疾病、严重的心、肝、肾部疾病等；
2.既往有精神疾病史（焦虑、抑郁）或入组期间经过心理科治 疗者；
3.交流障碍或不能理解 Epworth 嗜睡量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表 （HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)内容者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe physical diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, etc.
2.Individuals with a history of mental illnesses (including anxiety and depression) or those who received psychological treatment during enrollment;
3.Individuals with communication disorders or those unable to understand the content of the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS), Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), or Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-24);
