本研究采用随机对照实验,旨在考察同步在线教学中,教师摄像头使用(开启 vs. 关闭)这一技术性操作所产生的双重影响。具体目标是检验其对于教师即时压力感知与外显教学行为表现的因果效应,以厘清其作为教学环境设计因素的“双刃剑”作用。  

Objectives of Study:

This randomized controlled trial examines the dual effects of a technical manipulation—instructor camera use (on vs. off) during synchronous online teaching. It aims to test its causal impact on instructors' immediate stress perception and observable teaching performance, thereby clarifying its "double-edged sword" role as an instructional design factor.

纳入标准:

1.身份要求:为某师范大学教师教育相关课程的在读学生(即师范生或教师培训对象)。 2.年龄与能力:年龄在18周岁及以上,具备正常的理解、表达和沟通能力,能够独立完成线上教学任务与问卷填写。 3.知情同意:在充分了解研究目的、流程、潜在风险与权益后,自愿签署书面知情同意书。 4.设备与条件:能够使用具备摄像头和麦克风的设备,在安静、独立的环境下参与线上实验环节。

Inclusion criteria

1. Identity Requirement: Be a current student enrolled in teacher education-related courses at a normal university (i.e., a pre-service teacher or teacher trainee). 2. Age and Capacity: Be 18 years of age or older, possess normal comprehension, expression, and communication skills, and be able to independently complete the online teaching task and questionnaires. 3. Informed Consent: Voluntarily sign a written informed consent form after fully understanding the study's purpose, procedures, potential risks, and rights. 4. Equipment and Setting: Have access to a device with a camera and microphone and be able to participate in the online experimental session from a quiet and independent environment.

排除标准:

本研究不设置特殊的医学或心理学排除标准(如特定疾病史),以保持样本的代表性。主要的排除是流程性的:未签署知情同意书,或在中途主动退出的参与者将被排除在最终数据分析之外。

Exclusion criteria:

No specific medical or psychological exclusion criteria (e.g., history of specific disorders) were set for this study to maintain sample representativeness. The primary exclusions are procedural: participants who did not sign the informed consent form or who voluntarily withdraw during the process will be excluded from the final data analysis.

在本研究中,实验采用由第三方研究员实施的简单随机化方法生成分配序列。具体而言,第三方研究员使用简单随机法生成入组顺序,确保每位参与者被随机分配到实验组或对照组,以消除选择偏倚。随机化过程独立于实验操作人员,确保分组的不可预测性,从而提高了研究结果的科学严谨性和内部有效性。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

In this study, a simple randomization method implemented by a third-party researcher was used to generate allocation sequences. Specifically, third party researcher used simple randomization to generate the order of enrollmentto ensure that each participant is randomly assigned to either the experimental or control group, in order to eliminate selection bias. The randomization process is independent of the experimental operators, ensuring the unpredictability of grouping and thus improving the scientific rigor and internal validity of the research results.
