研究目的：

（1）纵向调查中青年肺癌患者从初次确诊后、确诊后 1 个月 、确诊后３个月 、确诊后６个月不同时间点养育忧虑的变化水平，采用增长混合模型拟合患者不同类别的养育忧虑变化轨迹； （2）探讨影响中青年肺癌患者不同养育忧虑变化轨迹的预测指标。 （3）为制定针对性的心理干预措施提供科学依据，帮助患者及其家庭更好地应对养育挑战。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Conduct a longitudinal survey on the changes in parenting anxiety levels among young and middle-aged lung cancer patients at different time points: immediately after initial diagnosis, 1 month after diagnosis, 3 months after diagnosis, and 6 months after diagnosis. Use a growth mixture model to fit the different types of parenting anxiety change trajectories in patients. (2) Explore the predictive indicators that affect the different parenting anxiety change trajectories of young and middle-aged lung cancer patients. (3) Provide a scientific basis for formulating targeted psychological intervention measures to help patients and their families better cope with parenting challenges.

纳入标准：

1.知情同意，自愿参与本调查； 2.经病理组织学确诊为肺癌； 3.年龄18~59岁； 4.目前正在抚养年龄<18岁的未成年子女； 5.意识清楚，能理解问卷内容。

Inclusion criteria

1. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent; 2. Pathologically confirmed lung cancer; 3. Aged 18-59 years; 4. Currently raising children <18 years old; 5. Clear consciousness and able to understand questionnaires.

排除标准：

1.神志不清者、既往有精神疾病者； 2.患有其他严重疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with clouded consciousness or a history of mental illness; 2. Those suffering from other serious diseases;

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1. 数据采集：研究人员经统一培训后，采用标准化问卷调查方式采集数据。初次确诊后在院内当场发放问卷，指导受试者填写并当场回收，核对无遗漏后存档；确诊后1个月、3个月、6个月通过电话随访形式，逐条解释问卷内容并记录受试者回答，确保数据真实完整。 2. 数据管理：① 数据录入：问卷回收后，由2名研究人员独立核对问卷信息，双人双录入Excel软件，对录入不一致的数据核查原始问卷后修正；② 数据存储：录入后的数据导入IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0、N2Mplus及Mplus8.0软件用于统计分析，原始问卷及电子数据存储于加密计算机及医院专用科研数据存储设备，设置访问权限；③ 数据保密：所有数据均进行去标识化处理，受试者个人身份信息与研究数据分离存储，严格遵守保密规定，防止隐私泄露；④ 数据核查：邀请统计学专家对数据录入及分析方法进行评议，确保数据质量。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Data collection: Trained researchers collect data via standardized questionnaires. After initial diagnosis, questionnaires are distributed and completed on-site in the hospital, with researchers providing guidance; completed questionnaires are retrieved immediately and checked for completeness before archiving. At 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after diagnosis, follow-up data are collected via telephone interviews, where researchers explain questionnaire items one by one and record responses to ensure data authenticity and integrity. 2. Data management: ① Data entry: After questionnaire retrieval, two researchers independently verify the information and perform double data entry into Excel software. Inconsistencies are corrected by cross-checking with the original questionnaires; ② Data storage: Entered data are imported into IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0, N2Mplus, and Mplus8.0 for statistical analysis. Original questionnaires and electronic data are stored in encrypted computers and dedicated research data storage devices of the hospital with access permission controls; ③ Data confidentiality: All data are de-identified, and participants' personal information is stored separately from research data. Strict confidentiality regulations are followed to prevent privacy leakage; ④ Data verification: Statistical experts are invited to review the data entry and analysis methods to ensure data quality.
