研究目的：

本研究旨在研讨内蒙古西部地区不同毒力幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染患者胃息肉的内镜及病理特征，明确不同毒力分型的Hp感染与胃息肉发生的相关性。内蒙古西部地区具有独特的地域饮食文化（如高盐、高脂饮食）和人群特征，胃息肉发病率及不同毒力Hp感染率可能具有区域特殊性。通过本研究可为临床早期识别胃息肉高危人及个性化治疗提供依据，具有重要的临床意义和社会价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the endoscopic and pathological characteristics of gastric polyps in patients with different virulence levels of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection in the western region of Inner Mongolia. It also aims to clarify the correlation between different virulence types of Hp infection and the occurrence of gastric polyps. The western region of Inner Mongolia has unique regional dietary culture (such as high-salt and high-fat diet) and population characteristics. The incidence of gastric polyps and the infection rate of different virulence levels of Hp may have regional specificity. Through this study, it can provide a basis for early clinical identification of high-risk individuals for gastric polyps and personalized treatment, which has important clinical significance and social value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.纳入病例年龄 ≥18 岁。 2.使用胃肠镜检查并取活检。 3.胃肠息肉诊断标准：完善胃十二指肠镜或者结肠镜检查过程中发现胃肠道赘生物等病理表现时，要进行病变部位的切取活检，或者直接切除治疗并送检。主要依靠患者内镜检查报告及病理组织学检查，了解病变性质。 4.全部研究样本均同期实施幽门螺杆菌基因分型检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. The included cases were aged 18 years or above. 2. Gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed and biopsies were taken. 3. Criteria for diagnosing gastrointestinal polyps: When pathological manifestations such as gastrointestinal neoplasms are observed during complete gastro-duodenoscopy or colonoscopy, a biopsy of the lesion site should be taken, or the lesion should be directly removed for examination. The main basis for understanding the nature of the lesion is the patient's endoscopic examination report and pathological histological examination. 4. All study samples were simultaneously subjected to Helicobacter pylori genotyping testing.

排除标准：

1.胃肠镜检查前，胃肠道准备差的病人。 2.既往胃部手术病史。 3.存在严重系统性疾病病史或癌症。 4.检查前两周内使用 H2受体阻滞剂或质子泵抑制剂进行治疗。 5.体检者既往无息肉切除病史，且在实施胃肠镜检查后未观察抗菌药物进行治疗者；检查前四周内采用抗菌药物以及铋剂进行治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poor gastrointestinal preparation before gastroscopy. 2. History of previous gastric surgery. 3. History of severe systemic diseases or cancer. 4. Treatment with H2 receptor blockers or proton pump inhibitors within two weeks before the examination. 5. Physical examination subjects without a history of polyp resection in the past and who did not receive treatment with antibiotics or bismuth agents after the gastroscopy examination. Those who received treatment with antibiotics and bismuth agents within four weeks before the examination. AI;
