评价自行开发的ASD患儿家庭导航服务模式的应用效果，包括家庭导航服务模式对ASD患儿诊断-干预时间间隔、早期干预发起率，以及父母养育压力、自我效能等结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effectiveness of the home navigation service model developed for children with ASD, including its impact on the time between diagnosis and intervention, the rate of early intervention initiation, as well as parental stress and self-efficacy among other outcomes.

纳入标准：

患儿的纳入标准：①年龄为6岁及以下；②我院首次就诊并正式确诊ASD；③既往未在院外确诊ASD；④既往未在机构接受正式的ASD相关早期干预；⑤常驻广州城区。 父母的纳入标准为：①承担患儿的主要照护任务（连续照护时间≥6个月）；②父母年龄为20-65岁；③父母知情同意并自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for children: 1. Age 6 years or younger; 2. First visit to our hospital with a formal diagnosis of ASD; 3. No previous diagnosis of ASD outside our hospital; 4. No prior formal early intervention related to ASD at any institution; 5. Resident in the urban area of Guangzhou. Inclusion criteria for parents: 1. Responsible for primary care of the child (continuous care period ≥ 6 months); 2. Parents’ age between 20 and 65 years; 3. Written consent and voluntary participation from both parents.

排除标准：

①患儿入组前已在院外确诊；②患儿入组前已发起康复干预。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The child was diagnosed outside the hospital before enrollment; 2.Rehabilitation interventions had already begun before the child was enrolled.

家庭导航干预：严格按照《孤独症家庭导航服务手册》实施干预。家长按照手册指引，在相应的时间、地点、联系相应的服务人员，自主进行服务倡导。同时，1名导航员与家庭建立一对一联系，在入组前对目标家庭进行评估，明确家庭服务需求，与家庭共同制定服务计划。在入组时及入组后3个月、6个月、12个月，导航员主动联系目标家庭，了解并协助家庭解决服务阻碍。其余时点由父母参考导航手册自主倡导服务或根据自身需求联系导航员协助倡导服务。干预全程中，导航员与目标家庭总的服务接触次数不少于3次，最大接触次数依据家庭实际需求而定。双方接触形式可通过电话、短信、邮件或者现场会面。导航员由1名临床护士担任，在研究开始前接受导航服务培训，培训内容包括导航服务职责、伦理要求、ASD相关服务信息及资源、沟通技能等。干预周期：两组干预时间为3个月并随访至12个月。

Family Navigation Intervention: Interventions are strictly implemented in accordance with the "Autism Family Navigation Service Manual." Parents follow the manual's guidance to autonomously advocate for services by contacting the relevant service personnel at the appropriate time and place. At the same time, one navigator establishes one-on-one contact with the family, assessing target families before enrollment, identifying family service needs, and working with the family to develop a service plan. At enrollment and at 3, 6, and 12 months post-enrollment, the navigator proactively contacts the family to understand and assist in resolving service barriers. At other times, parents refer to the navigation manual to advocate for services on their own or contact the navigator for assistance according to their needs. Throughout the intervention, the total number of service contacts between the navigator and the target family is no less than three times, with the maximum number of contacts determined according to the family's actual needs. Interactions can be conducted by phone, text message, email, or in-person meetings. The navigator is a clinical nurse who receives navigation service training before the start of the study. Training includes the responsibilities of navigation services, ethical requirements, ASD-related service information and resources, communication skills, and more. Intervention period: The intervention duration for both groups is 3 months, with follow-up up to 12 months.

常规医疗护理： 采用常规医疗护理服务流程。患儿在首诊筛查ASD阳性后，由首诊医生开具诊断性评估转诊单，父母按流程预约评估，完成诊断性评估，携评估报告预约复诊，由专科医生参照DSM-5诊断标准并结合评估报告明确诊断，现场解答父母有关儿童的健康问题和困惑，给出康复干预建议，家长自行决定干预方案，每3个月定期随访，直至12个月的研究周期结束。

Routine medical care: Routine medical care service procedures are adopted. After a child is screened positive for ASD at the first visit, the primary physician issues a referral for a diagnostic assessment. The parents make an appointment for the assessment according to the procedure, complete the diagnostic assessment, and then schedule a follow-up visit with the assessment report. The specialist doctor makes a clear diagnosis based on the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and the assessment report, answers parents' questions and concerns about the child's health on-site, provides rehabilitation and intervention recommendations, and the parents independently decide on the intervention plan. Regular follow-ups are conducted every three months until the 12-month study period ends.
