探讨脓毒症患者新发心房颤动（AF）发生的危险因素，据此构建诺模图预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Explore the risk factors for the occurrence of new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) in patients with sepsis, and construct a nomogram prediction model based on these factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合脓毒症诊断标准；
2.符合房颤诊断标准；
3.入院后生存时间>24 h；
4.年龄>18岁；
5.临床资料完整；

Inclusion criteria

1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for sepsis;
2.Meets the diagnostic criteria for atrial fibrillation;
3.Survival time after admission > 24 hours;
4.Age >18 years;
5.Clinical data are complete;

排除标准：

1.先天性心脏病；
2.妊娠或哺乳期；
3.慢性或永久性房颤；
4.免疫功能障碍；
5.认知功能障碍；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Congenital heart disease;
2.Pregnancy or lactation period;
3.Chronic or permanent atrial fibrillation;
4.Immune dysfunction;
5.Cognitive dysfunction;
