研究目的：

本研究核心目标为明确四步序贯法对 AIS 患者 Cobb 角的矫正效果及治疗成功率，验证其在改善脊柱动态生物力学平衡（足底压力、脊柱骨盆参数、平衡功能、步态对称性）方面的优势；次要目标为探索 AIS 曲线类型、位置对干预效果的影响，明确不同亚型个体化治疗方向，同时提升患者生活质量与躯干功能，为 AIS 临床干预提供更具针对性和有效性的新路径。  

Objectives of Study：

The core objective of this study is to clarify the corrective effect of the four-step sequential method on the Cobb angle of patients with Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS) and the treatment success rate, and to verify its advantages in improving the dynamic biomechanical balance of the spine (plantar pressure, spinal-pelvic parameters, balance function, gait symmetry). The secondary objectives are to explore the influence of AIS curve types and locations on the intervention effect, clarify the direction of individualized treatment for different subtypes, and at the same time improve patients' quality of life and trunk function, so as to provide a more targeted and effective new path for clinical intervention of AIS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 10-18 岁，符合 AIS 诊断（X 光片确诊，Cobb 角 10°-40°）； 2.未接受过脊柱手术，近 3 个月未佩戴刚性矫形器或参与系统矫正训练； 3.能配合完成动态生物力学测试及 8 周干预； 4.患者及监护人知情同意并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 10-18 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for AIS (confirmed by X-ray, with a Cobb angle of 10°-40°); 2. Having not undergone spinal surgery, and not having worn a rigid orthosis or participated in systematic correction training in the past 3 months; 3. Being able to cooperate in completing dynamic biomechanical tests and 8-week intervention; 4. The patient and their guardian being informed and consenting, and signing the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.继发性脊柱侧弯（神经肌肉型、先天性、综合征型）； 2.合并严重心肺疾病、神经系统疾病、骨质疏松、骨折史； 3.对干预动作不耐受或存在运动禁忌证； 4.预期随访失访风险高（如异地居住、沟通障碍）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary scoliosis (neuromuscular, congenital, syndromic); 2. Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary diseases, neurological diseases, osteoporosis, or a history of fractures; 3. Intolerance to intervention movements or presence of exercise contraindications; 4. High risk of loss to follow-up (such as living in a different place, communication barriers).
