研究目的：

分析Hcy与首次胚胎种植结局关系以及营养元素在其中的影响；分析Hcy、营养元素与首次失败行第二次移植的着床结局的关系，追踪患者后续妊娠结局，分析Hcy、营养元素与ESHRE定义的RIF的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the association of Hcy and nutritional supplementation with (i) first embryo transfer outcomes, (ii) second transfer outcomes after a first failure (including subsequent pregnancy follow-up), and (iii) ESHRE-defined RIF.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.首次接受辅助生殖助孕治疗胚胎移植的患者； 2.首次移植至少有一枚优质胚胎； 3.有Hcy检查结果； 4.可追踪到妊娠结局。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who undergo embryo transfer for the first time as part of assisted reproductive treatment; 2. Patients who have at least one high-quality embryo for transplantation for the first time; 3. Have Hcy test results; 4. The pregnancy outcome can be traced.

排除标准：

1.有明确导致移植失败因素；首次移植无优质胚胎；宫腔环境欠佳：未处理的输卵管积水 2.子宫内膜异位症； 3.夫妻双方染色体异常； 4.严重疾病：严重免疫性疾病、未控制的糖尿病、慢性肾病、全身感染性疾病； 5.恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are clear factors leading to the failure of the transplant; no high-quality embryos were available for the first transplant; the uterine cavity environment was poor: untreated tubal hydrops. 2. Endometriosis. 3. Chromosomal abnormalities in both the husband and the wife. 4. Severe diseases: severe immune disorders, uncontrolled diabetes, chronic kidney disease, systemic infectious diseases. 5. Malignant tumors.
